Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Free shipping available on orders over $100 (domestic orders only)
  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $100
  • Express and overnight shipping available at additional cost
  • International shipping costs vary by destination

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Note: During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
